We require pets to be up to date on rabies and DAPP (distemper, adenovirus, parvovirus, and parainfluenza). We recommend them to be up to date on the bordetella and canine influenza vaccine. We also recommend them to be on a flea, tick and heartworm preventative.

If you have to cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours, so we have time to fill your slot. Please respect the groomer’s time.

Although we practice with the utmost care and caution, accidents do happen. Accidents include scratches, nicks, cuts, quickening of the nails, etc. If an accident occurs you will be contacted immediately. If the owner or emergency contact in unreachable, we will seek immediate veterinary care if deemed necessary.

Pets with matted coats require additional care. If able to de-matt the fur, the first 15 minutes will be free, then it will cost an additional $1 per minute of de-matting. If the fur is not able to be de-matted, it will need to be shaved. If so, you will be contacted prior and made aware of any possible extra charges.
